Peer Leadership
Introduction
Peer Leadership is a class which fosters leadership development. Through a series of workshops, students are taught to organize, create, facilitate, support and act as role models for their peers. The program has three objectives:

Provide one-on-one support to the students of Summit High School using a series of counseling techniques and theories that are taught by a qualified professional. |
| 2. |
Execute school wide campaigns in order to heighten awareness about issues that teenagers face everyday. |
| 3. |
Instill pride and civic duty by volunteering for community events and working with the city in order to assist in making sure every event in Fontana is a success.
